Coronavirus Hakkında Veli Bilgilendirmesi / Parent Information About The Coronavirus – 5 (13 Mart 2020)

Corona Virüs şüphesi / tanısı durumunda hepimizin yapacakları aşağıda belirtildiği gibidir. Dikkatle okumanızı ve uymanızı önemle rica ederiz.

TED İstanbul Koleji Vakfı Okulları Merkezi Kriz Yönetim Masası

1- Okul İçinde Öğrencide/Çalışanda Vaka Gerçekleşmesi Durumunda;

• Öksürük, yüksek ateş ve nefes alma zorluğu çeken öğrenci/çalışan revire gönderilir. (Şüphe duyan kişi)
• Revir öğrencinin/çalışanın muayenesi sonucu COVID-19 enfeksiyonu şüphesi duyarsa;
• Anaokulu öğrencisi, anaokulunda ayrılmış karantina odasına (Müdür Sekteri Odasına) alınır. Anaokulu hemşiresi gerekli tedbirleri alarak ambulans gelinceye kadar hastaya refakat eder.
• İlkokul-Ortaokul-Lise öğrencisi, e-blokta ayrılmış karantina odasına alınır. Ana revir hemşiresi gerekli tedbirleri alarak ambulans gelinceye kadar hastaya refakat eder.
• Yatılı öğrencisi, odasında karantinaya alınır. Yatılı hemşiresi gerekli tedbirleri alarak ambulans gelinceye kadar hastaya refakat eder Öğrencinin bulunduğu oda ve kat öğrencilerle birlikte kapatılır.
• Çalışan personel, e-blokta ayrılmış karantina odasına alınır. Ana revir hemşiresi gerekli tedbirleri alarak ambulans gelinceye kadar hastaya refakat eder.
• Öğrencinin/çalışanın bağlı bulunduğu Okul Müdürlüğüne/Müdürlüğe öğrencinin/çalışanın durumu hakkında bilgi verilir (Okul Doktoru).
• Merkezi Kriz Yönetim Masası (MKYM) bilgilendirilir ve MKYM faaliyete geçirilir (Okul Müdürü).
• Vaka;
  • Okul zamanı ise 112 acil servis, salgın hastalık şüphesi ile Okul Müdürlüğü/Müdürlük bilgilendirildikten sonra aranır (Okul Doktoru).
  • Okul zamanı dışında yatılıda gerçekleşirse 112 acil servis, salgın hastalık şüphesi ile Okul Doktoru ve Okul Müdürüne bilgi verildikten sonra aranır (Yatılı Hemşiresi/Yatılıdan Sorumlu Müdür Yardımcısı).
• Öğrenci/çalışan velisine/ailesine konu hakkında bilgilendirme yapılır (Okul/Birim Müdürü).
• Hastanın tanısı ve hakkındaki bilgilendirme veliden/aileden öğrenilir (Okul Doktoru).
• Eğer salgın hastalık tanısı konmuşsa Okul / Birim Müdürlüğüne bilgi verilir (Okul Doktoru).
• Kurum salgın hastalığın gerçekleştiğine dair bilgiyi İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne yazılı olarak bildirir (Okul/Birim Müdürü).
• Hastanın temasta olduğu okul bünyesindeki insanlar (sınıf arkadaşları, öğretmenler, kullanıyorsa servis firması, yemek şirketi ve diğer personel) hastalık şüphesinden dolayı hastaneye başvurmaları için bilgilendirilir (Okul/Birim Müdürü).
• İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünün yönlendirmesi ile hareket edilir (Okul Müdürü).
• Her vaka sonrası tüm okul ve servis araçları dezenfekte cihazı ile temizlenir (Destek Hizmetleri).

2- Okul Dışında Öğrencide/Çalışanda Vaka Gerçekleşmesi Durumunda;

• Veli öğrencinin/aile çalışanın, salgın hastalığa kapıldığına dair tanı konduğu bilgisini ilgi Okul Müdürlüğü/Müdürü ile paylaşır.
• Hastanın tanısı ve hakkındaki bilgilendirme veliden/aileden öğrenilir (Okul Müdürü/ Okul Doktoru).
• Okul Müdürlüğü salgın hastalığın gerçekleştiğine dair bilgiyi İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne yazılı olarak bildirir (Okul Müdürü).
• Hastanın temasta olduğu okul bünyesindeki insanlar (sınıf arkadaşları, öğretmenler, kullanıyorsa servis firması, yemek şirketi ve diğer personel) hastalık şüphesinden dolayı hastaneye başvurmaları için bilgilendirilir (Okul Müdürü).
• İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünün yönlendirmesi ile hareket edilir (Okul Müdürü).
• Her vaka sonrası tüm okul ve servis araçları dezenfekte cihazı ile temizlenir (Destek Hizmetleri).

1- In the event that a student/employee is infected inside the school:

• The student/employee who coughs, has high fever or has difficulty in breathing, s/he is sent to the infirmary. (suspecting person)
• If it is suspected that the student/employee is infected with COVID-19 at the infirmary,
• The kindergartener is taken to the quarantine room allocated in the kindergarten (Office of Principal’s Secretary). The kindergarten nurse takes due precautions and escorts the patient until the ambulance arrives.
• The primary-middle-high school student is taken to the quarantine room allocated in Block E. The nurse in the main infirmary takes due precautions and escorts the patient until the ambulance arrives.
• The boarding student is taken to quarantine in the room on the same floor and that floor is closed to access. The dormitory nurse takes due precautions and escorts the patient until the ambulance arrives.
• The employee/staff member is taken to quarantine in the quarantine room allocated in Block E. The nurse in the main infirmary takes due precautions and escorts the patient until the ambulance arrives.

• The related Principal/Manager is given information about the situation of the student/employee. (School Doctor)
• The Crisis Management Center (CMC) is informed and activated. (Principal)
• Case;
  • If it happens during school hours, 112 emergency service is called after the Principal/Department are informed about the suspect of epidemic disease. (School Doctor)
  • If it happens during after school in the dormitory, 112 emergency service is called after the School Doctor and Principal are informed about the suspect of epidemic disease. (Dormitory Nurse/Dormitory Vice-Principal)
• The parent/family of the student/employee is given information about the issue. (Principal/Manager)
• The diagnosis and information about the patient are learned from the parent/family.  (School Doctor).
• If the epidemic disease has been diagnosed, the Principal/Manager is informed. (School Doctor)
• The institution reports the epidemic disease to the District Directorate of Health and District Directorate of Education in writing. (Principal/Manager)
• The persons who contact the patient in the school (classmates, teachers, school bus staff, catering firm staff and other staff members) are informed that they should go to hospital due to the risk of disease. (Principal/Manager) 
• Following actions are taken in accordance with the instructions of the District Directorate of Health and District Directorate of Education. (Principal)
• After each case, the entire school and service buses are disinfected. (Support Services)

2- In the event that a student/employee is infected outside the school;

• The parent/family informs the Principal/Manager of the diagnosis of the disease.
• The information about the diagnosis and situation of the patient is received from the parent/family. (Principal/School Doctor)
• The Office of the Principal reports the case of epidemic disease to the District Directorate of Health and District Directorate of Education in writing. (Principal)
• The persons who contact the patient in the school (classmates, teachers, school bus staff, catering firm staff and other staff members) are informed that they should go to hospital due to the risk of disease. (Principal/Manager)  
• Following actions are taken in accordance with the instructions of the District Directorate of Health and District Directorate of Education. (Principal)
• After each case, the entire school and service buses are disinfected. (Support Services)
