SINIF ÖĞRETMENLERİ İLE YAPILAN GÖRÜŞMELER
- Sadece veli ve öğretmenin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilir.
- 1, 2 ve 3.sınıflarda sınıf öğretmeni ile görüşme süresi 10 dakika; sınıflarda ise 15 dakikadır.
- Öğretmen, öğrenci ile ilgili akademik ve davranışsal bildirimlerde bulunur. Öğrencinin tüm yönlerini değerlendirir, öğrencinin gelişimi için yapacağı çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verir, yapılan değerlendirme çalışmaları ile ilgili aktarım yapar.
İNGİLİZCE ÖĞRETMENLERİ İLE GÖRÜŞME
- İngilizce öğretmenlerimiz ile yapılacak görüşmelerde yoğunluk olabilir, zamansal müsaitliği olmayan velilerimiz, görüşme odalarının önünde yer alan formu doldurarak daha sonrası için görüşme talebinde bulunabilirler. Sizlere dönüş yapılarak tercihinize göre online veya yüz yüze görüşme ayarlanacaktır.
BRANŞ ÖĞRETMENLERİ İLE GÖRÜŞME
- 00-16.00 saat aralığında branş öğretmenleri ile görüşmelerinizi yapabilirsiniz.
- İkinci Yabancı Dil öğretmenlerimiz okulda olmayacaklardır, kendileri ile hafta içerisinde online randevu sistemi üzerinden randevu alarak görüşebilirsiniz.
- 3 ve 4.sınıflarda velilerimiz, Fen Bilimleri öğretmenimiz ile görüşebilirler. 1 ve 2.sınıflarda Fen Bilimleri öğretmenimiz ile görüşmeyi tercih eden velilerimizin hafta içi online randevu almalarını rica ediyoruz.
- PDR Uzmanlarımız ve Bireysel Destek Uzmanımız Derya Altunkaynak ile görüşmelerimiz randevu alınarak yapılacaktır. PDR Uzmanı ile görüşmek isteyen velilerimizin Müdür Asistanı Vildan Taştan’dan 8 Nisan Çarşamba gününe kadar randevularını almalarını rica ederiz.
BRANŞ ÖĞRETMENLERİ YEMEK SAATİ: 11.40-12.20 (Branş öğretmenlerimiz bu saatler arasında görüşme yapmayacaklardır.)
Bizim kurum olarak tüm velilerimize göre saat ayarlaması yapmamız mümkün olamayacağı için, sizlerden saatlere uymanızı; randevuya saatinde katılımınızı rica ederiz.
Toplantı günü tüm öğretmenlerimizin gün boyunca görüşmelerde bulunacak olmaları sebebiyle, okula gelen öğrencilerimizin sorumluluğu velilerimize ait olacaktır. Göstereceğiniz anlayış ve iş birliği için teşekkür ederiz.

You may find the information about the parent-teacher meeting to take place on Saturday, 11th April 2026 below.
Meeting Time:
Grade 1: 12.00-16.00
Grade 2: 12.00-15.00
Grade 3: 09.00-13.30
Grade 4: 09.00-15.30
MEETING WITH THE CLASSROOM TEACHERS
- It is conducted only with the participation of the parent and the teacher.
- The meeting duration with the classroom teacher is 10 minutes for grades 1, 2, and 3; and 15 minutes for grade 4.
- The teacher provides academic and behavioral feedback about the student. They evaluate all aspects of the student, give information about the work to be carried out for the student’s development, and share updates regarding assessment activities.
MEETING WITH ENGLISH TEACHERS
- There may be a high level of demand for meetings with our English teachers. Parents who are not available at the scheduled times can fill out the form located in front of the meeting rooms to request a meeting at a later date. You will be contacted and, based on your preference, an online or face-to-face meeting will be arranged.
MEETING WITH BRANCH TEACHERS
- You can meet with branch teachers between 09:00 and 16:00.
- Our Second Foreign Language teachers will not be at school; you may meet with them by making an appointment through the online appointment system during the week.
- Parents of students in grades 3 and 4 may meet with our science teacher. Parents of students in grades 1 and 2 who prefer to meet with the Science teacher are kindly requested to make an online appointment during the week.
- Meetings with our counselors and our Individual Support Specialist, Derya Altunkaynak, will be held by appointment. Parents who wish to meet with the counselor are kindly requested to make their appointments with the Principal’s Assistant, Vildan Taştan, by Wednesday, April 8.
BRANCH TEACHERS’ LUNCH TIME: 11.40-12.20 (The branch teachers will not have a meeting with parents during lunch break.)
As it is not possible for our institution to arrange schedules according to the availability of all parents, we kindly ask you to adhere to the specified time slots and attend your appointments on time.
As all of our teachers will be engaged in meetings throughout the day on the meeting day, the responsibility for students who come to school will rest with their parents. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
