The 56th Ordinary Board of Trustees Meeting of the TED Istanbul College Foundation has been held. Mr. Mahmut Nedim Uslu was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors.

The Ordinary Board of Trustees Meeting of the TED Istanbul College Foundation took place on November 28, 2024, at the Foundation’s campus in Beykoz.

The meeting, opened by the Foundation’s President, Ms. Nurgül Haseki, was attended by the Members of the Board of Trustees of the TED Istanbul College Foundation.

Ms. Nurgül Haseki, who successfully completed her two-term presidency from 2018 to 2024, shared a presentation with the Board of Trustees on the achievements and activities of the schools affiliated with the Foundation during her six-year tenure. Highlighting challenges such as the pandemic, earthquake disaster, and high inflation that deeply affected our country, Ms. Haseki spoke about the efforts undertaken with other Board members and school administrators to address these issues. Following the presentation, which received great applause from the members, many congratulated Ms. Haseki, other Board members, General Director Mr. Güven Beştaş, and the staff for their success.

During the meeting, Mr. Mahmut Nedim Uslu was unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for the new term. Mr. Uslu expressed his gratitude to Ms. Haseki, other Board members, and Mr. Güven Beştaş, the General Manager and Founder’s Representative of the TED Istanbul College Foundation Private Schools, for their outstanding efforts during the challenging six-year period. In his speech, he emphasized the aim of maintaining the Foundation’s financial and administrative stability and introduced the Board members he wished to work with to the Trustees.

Under the leadership of Mr. Mahmut Nedim Uslu, the Board of Directors of the TED Istanbul College Foundation, appointed for a three-year term, is composed of the following members:

After the unanimous election of the new Board members, wishes and comments were shared, and the 56th Ordinary Board of Trustees Meeting of the TED Istanbul College Foundation concluded.
